Samples of Landscape Plein Air Study Drawings The samples on this page were all done in "plein air" by a former collegue of Ms. Perry. Watercolor is particularly suitable for this type of work becuase it is very simple to take along since it doesn't require heavier tubes of paint and an easel. The results can be very immediate and can capture a lot of the feeling of the place.
